    1. Brand Strategist 70%

  • Brand development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the banking sector, encompassing both retail and corporate banking segments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Brand compliance: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business marketing, product development, compliance, operation, and customer experience to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
  • Marketing campaign development & execution: Lead the development of compelling brand messaging, creative assets, and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty.

  • Responsible for implementing internal and external communication to banking stakeholders.

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in branding, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Experience with foreign banking, foreign financial brand execution is a plus.
